I teach vinyasa flow and restorative yoga.  Elements of pranayama, kriyas, Qi gong, and meditation. I promote practising safely, and with integrity, letting go of the ego, and really listening to our bodies needs not wants.

BARRE

Define & Tone

Connect to your inner ballerina, and develop the muscular physique and grace of a dancer. Barre is a low impact, high intensity workout that combines the best of ballet, Pilates and yoga.
